As an IT Cloud Business Analyst at PROTOS Technologie, you will act as the bridge between our customers and the technical teams. You will analyse business processes, identify potential for optimisation and develop concepts for cloud-based solutions. In doing so, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels and translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in analysing IT projects and business processes
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to work
What you bring
- Degree in business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Experience in creating requirements documentation
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar modelling languages
- Very good German and English skills
